- Does Tanglewood Apartments offer any utility packages?
- Unfortunately no, but we do offer water/sewer budget billing. Your bill is calculated based upon the size of your apartment and the number of occupants in your unit. The water/sewer bill will end up being about the same amount each month regardless of usage.
- Does Tanglewood Apartments accept pets?
- Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We accept pets up to 50 pounds with a limit of two pets per apartment. Please see a leasing agent for fee information.
- Does Tanglewood Apartments have washer and dryer in unit?
- Yes, Tanglewood has a full-size stackable washer/dryer in every apartment.
- Does Tanglewood Apartments have 24-hour emergency maintenance?
- Yes, Tanglewood has 24-hour maintenance service available to its residents. At move-in, residents are given a local pager number to call in the event of an emergency and a member of our maintenance staff will return all pages within the hour.
- Is Tanglewood Apartments a student friendly property?
- Yes, Tanglewood welcomes students as residents.
- What types of amenities are available at Tanglewood Apartments?
- Tanglewood has a 24-hour Fitness and Business Center which offers the latest workout equipment and free internet connections. We also have one pool with two barbeque grills, a car wash area and free DVD rentals.
