Move-in Help

To ensure your move to Tanglewood Apartments is as smooth as possible, here is a list of items you will need:

• $45 application fee for all residents over the age of 18
• $200 deposit per apartment
• $200-$300 non-refundable express check out fee
• Credit score verification
• Criminal background check
• Proof of income - pay stub, letter from employer on company letter head or a copy of the first page of your most recent tax return.
• All money must be in the form of cashier's check, money order or personal check.  Sorry, no cash is accepted.
• You must have an electric account number on move-in day.  We recommend City of Tallahassee at (850) 891-4968 or www.talgov.com.
• The resident is responsible for water, trash and electric charges on their unit.  Water is based on square footage and occupancy. 
• All the units are cable and internet ready.  We recommend Comcast Cable at 850-574-4000 for your cable and internet needs.
